    Thanks folks. Well today was a success. -filing nailed and the study looks SO much better. DD1 did 10 hours over a 14 hour period... just trying to get her to stick to a 10pm bedtime now. She worked hard so well done her. OH was busy on chores. Rotting window frames. Yikes. Not part of the plan - but at least hes started the repairs. Organised various birthday presents and caught up on some business development. Ate outside for every meal :) Have cooked and meal planned. An AFD but no exercise :( but cannot complain.. that extra day was well used!

    SA.. it makes us feel a million times better doesnt it? Serotonin I gusss but I love it (as given all your holidays I know you do too ;)) Greent - she did have breaks but apart from sitting in the garden for lunch didnt see the sun :(

    All good. Getting loads more sleep which is making a huge difference. Feel SO much better.

    More challenging things this week...

    - we have very little spare after salting away what we need for the car
    - TTs have been done but they have been for very small amounts
    - my EF is almost at £0 :(:( (see first bullet point, I know we are acquiring an asset, but even so it hurts)
    - lodger moves out in about a week. I have said no to more overseas students for the foreseeable future, we have had people living in our house for most of the last 10 years and its time for a bit of a break :) not that they havent enriched our lives...but I need some quiet space
    - OH away for work for a while. Maybe a week or so. Means I need to be super organised.

    Nice things:

    - fantastic free time at a spa with my sis. We had to complain last time we went there (we have been going for years so it was a surprise) and they upped their game brilliantly and restored our faith. Very happy and very relaxed.
    - booked a nice trip out for my parents in July with the family. They will love it. No discounts tho so pricey.
    - garden looking much better after work on it last weekend :)

    Best get on with the inevitable list of chores. Have a great weekend all

    Phew. Feel like have worked a week already...
    Shattered. Taking kids out for a burger this eve as cant face cooking. Am also eating junk. On train eating peanuts and drinking coke. Ridiculous. But thats where I am.. cant lie to my virtual buddies on here... ;)

    In good news OH got paid more this month and some FL money. Happy days

    Sorry - me and my acronyms....freelance. He gets some extra income from time to time. Always useful :)

    All shattered. DD1 making herself ill. Roll on 16 August ! When hopefully she gets some good results and itll have been worth it
