Sorry happy........but I'M LOVING THE SUN :D instantly puts me in such a good mood! Had a lovely day out with my mum yesterday, went to a salvage fair @ knebworth house & she paid for the entry fees too. Only spent £10 & got a top & a new pair of secateurs, so pretty good!
My mum said I must be the only person to go to a salvage fair & still manage to buy clothes :rotfl:

In all honesty bankruptcy doesnt worry me too much in one aspect, losing the house does.
the way im looking at things (probably a silly way but ho hum)

    scenarios.

    bankruptcy.
i lose pretty much _everything_ house/car/debts/arrears etc etc.
with this in mind i wont have to work 60+ hours a week, plus working where i am currently would be almost impossible due to location, cost of rent etc, so therefore would look to move back to a city and find another job, less hours so i can at least regain my life back.

    non bankruptcy.
get to keep everything, but will still end up working 60+ hours a week, and not have a life, struggle through the quagmire of debts and hopefully come out the otherside relatively unscathed (just thinner lol)

there are other factors, ie access to my son which is waying heavy on this decision.

yes i spoke to the cccs when i was off sick, they recommended i go bankrupt, as did the CAB.
my stubborness/pride ive worked through and my priority debts / bills are at least getting paid.
its the unsecured ones that are causing me grief, without the "family" debts they are too substantial, but would like to get them all sorted anyway.

having only slept for about 4 hours from friday morning through last night hasnt helped a great deal, plus not eating from saturday morning till this morning ( had an infection in my mouth, net result 2 teeth out yesterday morning during work )

i have a call back from cccs again on the 5th July, but I dont think their advice will be any different in all honesty.
ive been reading the unenforcebility thread trying to make sense of whats what there? but im at a loss.

plus im waiting on info back re the LTD company, bits.

my goal would be to be at least back on an even keel by the beginning of next year when im out of the fixed rate mortgage (high rate at the moment).
im also still waiting on a final decision on my wage negotiations, if not i now have a fall back plan so to speak, i can do minimum hours @ work and take a second job on, in between but at a higher rate. i would work the same amount of hours but earn more.

    :D
  • Email never in doubt she helped mouse ann sort her debts and 13 or more of her debt is unenforcable. Are all your debts with a dca?
