Do they let you know when their bonus is permanent? I'm just over the year but have had nothing conforming it.

I sent them a message recently and they promptly replied with the exact dates I can withdraw the bonus, from both my accounts.
  • Performance in this fund is woeful. Thinking of moving it all out. What's everyone else's feelings?

It is a so-called contrary fund, so periods of underperformance are to be expected. It could be worth thinking long-term and seeing if it will outperform when other funds are having a bad time.

However this particular fund’s fee structure means 50% of any outperformance will be taken in fees. It will thus be much much harder for it to play catch up than a normal fund. Getting out might be a good idea. At least the negative fees during the underperformance period means returns are a few percent better than they would have been otherwise.
