Okay so I've been reading through the links etc and most relate to retail parks. Anyhow excel parking are saying that I cannot appeal due to time elapsed. The debt recovery company are now saying that they are going to advise that excel parking move to court proceedings. Do I not have a case due to not being able to find a space (dispite waiting 15 minutes) and that they isn't any marked parking bays and that people had parked where ever they could. Note that the ground was unkempt (pot holes etc) :(

And does that differ from your case?
You've told us nothing about your car park.

You are now waiting for a Letter of Claim from PE.
Post again when you get that or official court papers.

Why on earth read posts from 2008 and 2009 and think that's OK advice to follow?

When you read the NEWBIES thread you will have seen post #2 tells you what to do when they sue. We win 99% of well defended cases here, have done for over a year.

Why not read up to date threads, search the forum for 'Excel BW Legal' to see what happens.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
