    If it's just a straightforward chop off some length, would OH or one of your older DDs be able to do it?

    My office colleague will be stunned tomorrow - desk clearer than it's been for weeks and I have dusted it. @ld1 polish, I have discovered, makes me sneeze! Stuff put in stockroom too so office MUCH tidier. Given boss out all day and colleague was out this morning there might have been a reason. Plus ALL monies banked/boxed/receipted as appropriate. All shredding shredded and bagged. Woot!
    *Proper* job tomorrow.

    Morning all

    Awake at silly o clock so decided to get up. Thinking about "stuff" some of which I can deal with now before the paid stuff.

    Yesterday was a looonnng day - but a productive one so thats good. Managed to get our bed and DS2s bed changed, all clean washing sorted and put away, the bathroom scrubbed and a very quick hoover despite being at both jobs!

    I am cycling to work again today which saves me a little money in petrol. Trying to do this twice a week at the moment and work up to three times a week in better weather.

    Right, precription form to find, food flask to fill for DS, washing to hang out, etc etc. Best get on.

    Morning all...

    I actually did loads of flying yesterday in the end. Took 20 black sacks (yes 20!!!) to the tip and sorted out a refund and exchange for the damaged bedroom furniture. Hoovered, tidied and dusted our bedroom and made a start on the landing.

    Also got a council chap to come out and deal with a van that has been abandoned at the very top of our drive since all the snow and went shopping to refill the cupboards.

    Oh, and hair extensions ordered and paid for. Credit card is now on fire!

    Well done on the cycling Yorkie! It makes my "undercarriage" ache, so I avoid it. And the gym. And exercise in general, let's be honest ...

    I hope you have polished your halo too Valli...well done!

    Morning everyone. Hope it's sunny where you are.

    Haven't done anything from the list yet, just the dailies and dog walk.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning.. after my productive day on Monday I did absolutely nothing yesterday apart from iron DH's two work shirts for the rest of this week.

    As it's such a nice Day I'm going to have my shower and walk the dog. I've got a couple of letters to post and a nice walk round the park will do me good !!!55357;!!!56898;

    My kitchen is still looking nice and tidy. I even cleared a major hotspot that had been sitting in the kitchen for over 8 months. Im feeling pleased that I tackled it !!!55357;!!!56898;

  • Morning all,

    It is such a lovely day today, the forecast is rubbish and back to being cold for the rest of the week so will get plenty of dog walks in today! I have gardened for half an hour - my least favourite task - but it looks prettier now.

    Our bedding has been washed and is on the line, the DW is going and the dog has had a long walk. All the windows are flung open.

    I have quite a few niggly bits to do, so will crack on with those then reward myself with another sunny walk and lunch.

    ATB well done on your slinkiness.

    Got up at silly o'clock to take Mr N and friend to the airport. How can Stansted be allowed to charge £3.50 for a 10-min 'express dropoff' i.e. pull up to the kerb, fling open doors, decant passengers to grab luggage, slam doors and accelerate to the pay barrier? After visiting doc yesterday, Mr N has gone away stocked up with antibiotics for a chest infection, which is what I suspected.

    I load washing hung out.
    1 run done; back to my pre-hol pre-snow pre-using cough as an excuse 30 mins plus about another 2 mins because I could.
    Finished scoring up yesterday's assessment.
    Just started a report.

    Now I've got a week home alone to [STRIKE]make a huge mess[/STRIKE] have a huge flying session. Apart from daily checks to MIL.
