Well we all survived the day :j :j And had a nice time :j Spent a couple of hours in the park, had an exciting (for them) trip to the supermarket for junk food :o and several hours attempting to play an elaborate game of Dungeons & Dragons which I swear they were making the rules up for as they were going along :rotfl:

Everyone nicely hyper by the time my sister got home from work - and delightfully everyone was off to Grandma's on a sleepover :rotfl: :rotfl: So nicely worked out all round :rotfl:

Back to work today after almost three weeks off  and a momentous day as I will be turning off my 'out of office' message for the first time since January  *SOB* Not quite plucked up the courage to do it yet mind you :o:o :rotfl:

Cheery if it makes you feel any better, I usually wait until 5 minutes before I go home on the first day back to turn the OOO of! Helps me cope with the first day trials and tribulations!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: yes that does make me feel better - I did mine at lunchtime so I feel super organised now :rotfl: Got rid of all my emails already too (not exactly much of an achievement as they were mostly circulars, diary dates, people confirming things and not many of them required action but I'm claiming it as a win!

It sounds like your day with the nephews went well! I'm braving having one small (2, toilet trained!) niece for the day in a couple of weeks, so I'm super impressed at your managing 3!

Ha, to be fair they're 10,11 &13 so they're pretty self sufficient and would happily have spent the day playing video games in their pjs if I hadn't intervened :rotfl:

Back in the office today, shocking.

Bet they had more fun with you though!

I know what you mean - my location hasn't changed, but the workload/brainpower required certainly has!

Ha, ironically I've done far less in the office - there's barely anyone here yet I've still spent all afternoon hanging around talking :rotfl: :rotfl:
