Depressed As!

My machine is rusty pretty much all over. I bought it 8 years ago and it was reconditioned then. I noticed a bit of enamel paint, but the whole of the bottom seems to be held together with it!

It is leaking from the filter but somewhere else too. And the paint's peeling off the bottom and revealing a ton of rust

So not sure if buying a new filter will work or not.

And I can't afford a new machine. Will ask on the benefits board if I can get a grant.

I can keep sticking newspaper under this for now.
