Hi Gary, the card was in her name but it was just an additional card, the actual account was in my name so it come back to bite me not her. Typical hey :-/
So per the T's and C's of your contract, you are responsible for any purchases on the card, whether under your card or the card in her name,.
You owe the debt - so pay it0 -
Because it!!!8217;s almost statute barred, and if the default date is corrected then it will come off my credit report. Thanks for your concern but I!!!8217;m not asking for opinions on whether I should pay it back or not, I!!!8217;m asking for opinions on whether to pursue having the default date corrected or just leaving it. Cheers0

With any luck then they will apply for a CCJ before the 6 years is up.
Then you'll have to pay it0 -
With any bad luck you mean lol. Think I!!!8217;m going to just let it be, I!!!8217;ve got no intention of paying it back so I!!!8217;ll let sleeping dogs lie. :-)0

Thanks Gary, but I think you should stop posting to my question since it seems to be bothering you a lot. Thanks for your input anyway :-)0
