Hi guys  we bought the edgeware grey corner suite, which has fibre filling and feathers in cushions, when we use it cushions sink in , seats need to be plumped  constantly ( every time we sit on it) have sent photos and complained but keep getting fobbed off,  still paying for it yet they are saying I'm out of warranty!! They offered to refill cushions at my expense but I don't think I should have to pay for it.

Warranty  any terms and conditions they want .

Your Consumer Rights are against the vendor , contact them under CR not warranty .

Depending upon age they may want to inspect or you arrange an inspection .

Question to people with saggy sofas - what's the construction of the sofa suspension? Is it spring, or strap/webbing? Is the sagging caused by poor support, or is it because the cushions are filled with low quality stuffing?

Wish I read this first - had a 3 seater and a single seater about 3 months. 3 seater is fine - the single seater is sagging and creasing. Looks like we have had it for a year already!
I did get the extra guarantee/cover with them, and have just started a claim - will need to send some images across and then see what they say.......
