  • Yeah still no movement on mine after a port on the 13th, so over a week. Again live chat was useless although I did have some fun venting frustration at 'Miah' who I have spoken to so many times now. I asked for a manager call back - no joy, I asked for a technical call back - no joy, I asked for an explanation - no inbound routing (yes we know but what is the problem).

    I then suggested about loss of business claim due to no inbound calls and was told immediately that their T&Cs dont cover that as they are not a 'business service'. I knew that and said that at least their legal department had half a brain then and that they should probably look at the problem... they ended the chat.

    Its my wife's mobile and she is getting rather upset about it all... I am in trouble for choosing an 'unknown' brand and I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!

  • Yes, I'm back working fully too. Thank the lord! Only by chance I rang my number and it worked:j Customer services won't know what to do with themselves now they have no more irrate customers calling. I hope everyone affected is now fully working too. :T

    Yup just tried myself and all good. A little annoying as I saw that Virgin £5 deal has finished otherwise I would have moved to that.

    They have mentioned reimbursement so will be chasing for that. 1 week and 1 day of no service.
  • yes mine is working too, but I am now looking to move networks after all this hassle.
  • I have just taken out the £4.99 1.5 GB SIM-only deal with TPO. The service has been very poor: the transfer of my old number was late, callback requests never happened, replies to my emails took days. Not impressed.
  • My experience of TPO is OK.

    Customer service respond but are sometimes unable to answer all the queries due to them not owning the cell network they use.

    When asking about why I could not withhold my number when making a call they directed me to a problem with my device. After a very simple SIM swap I ascertained the issue was with TPO. However, they failed to acknowledge this - and perhaps didn't understand the issue either!
