divorce - pre-marital assets and moving out half w

Hi,
Anyone know where I stand on pre-marital assets (ISA's, shares, etc.)? It's my understanding that these things, I was gifted and have never accessed during our time together, can not be considered in a divorce.
Also, pensions... I know they may take into consideration time co-habiting, not just marriage. Thing is, due to really crazy post natal depression I got kicked out our rented flat! I rented elsewhere, for a couple of years, and gave her money, all arranged between ourselves. Will the courts consider anything before we got back together?
Thanks.

It depends almost completely on the length of marriage.0

We've only been married 4 years. And it was 5 years previous to that we got back together.0

It would be helpful if you set out:
- when did you get together
- when did you move in together
- when did you marry
- when did you separate
- when did you get back together
- when did you separate aain0 -
Indeed, it seems that since the first separation it's 9 years, but it's not clear. It would be helpful if you set out:

me 3 nights, her the rest.
I know children affect equity in house and maintenance but my question is about pre-marital things and whether or not the courts take into consideration having a child when not co-habiting. And when considering pension sharing, if they will take into account pre-2007 when I didn't co-habit.0
