A search has appeared on my credit report for MONEYSAVINGEXPERT & CAPITAL ONE. But it was made using my old married name,with my old address, (both of these not used for 5 years) this was performed on 4TH MARCH 2018
I have made no search, this is fraudulent activity. I have been advised to contact you to ask you remove this and put stops in place to prevent this person form gaining money by fraud. Except there is no one to call or contact. Can someone please! help!

As this would have been a soft search there is nothing to remove as nobody but you can see it.
