I may have missed something but who is the letter to? Also I dont know the MP so which party is he?
Surely this is another example of how little protection the customer has these days. Ofcom represent their industry and only if they were under personal threat would do anything to protect a customer at the expense of the big boys. The practices that the networks have run have been known for ages and should have been dealt with then. The networks should be held responsible for the contracts issued by retailers.
What about the issues that many have with the networks themselves and cannot get even to speak to someone other than the brick wall that is called customer service?0 -
