Does o2 include the memory card in the phone bundle?

Hi all Am still very new to this forum so pardon me if this is in the wrong section/have been answered etc.

I searched the forum and combed the internet but can't seem to find the answer (or perhaps I just need sleep ). Am thinking of getting a W910i from the o2 online store on the online 40 or 35 with a 12 month contract. The phone's free for both of this.

Did a price comparison with Carphonewarehouse and it seems that it would be cheaper getting it direct from o2. I can't do Dialaphone/e2save etc as I've only been here for a month or so (Am a student doing Mech Eng ).

So yeah, opinions? Oh and the memory card - is it included or do I have to get it separately?

I would phone o2 to ask. I am getting the Sony Ericsson K850i and that comes with a 512mb card.

I got my W910i from dialaphone on 02 and it came with a 1 gb card.£22 a month for 200 + 200 + free Phone on 12 month.

with walkman phones you get the memory card as part of the phone package.

only recently (ie from the k810i onwards) you get memory cards with the k series

Ah..I see. Thanks mate Out of curiosity, how come some sites don't advertise that it comes with the memory card? I don't remember which anymore, but it doesn't say it includes the m2 under "what's in the package".

I'm aware that dialaphone includes the memory card (since they actually said it). Wish I could get it from them instead but I can't

o2 have given me memory cards with my last 2 SE phones, although 64mb doesn't hold a lot and a 1gb card is only a little over £10

Eh? A 1GB M2 cost about 10pounds only? I must've been mistaken then. Gonna go do a price check somewhere then. Hehe.

So what phone was it that they gave a measly 64mb on? Anyone who've actually purchased the w910i and received a card? I really should call them but keep on forgetting :P

Wow thanks for the link! Was so tired I slept off last night :P

Anyhow, emailed them and they've replied saying that the memory card does indeed come with the phone!

So I guess that's my question answered

k750i and the k610i are the only ones i know of that get supplied with 64 mb cards.

Just to update, I've got the phone from carphone warehouse and they supply a 1GB card

The phone is great!

ps: I can't find a thread close tool so I guess this is it?
