Hi everyone, I have just moved into a new property and there are a few strange things going on with hot water/boiler.* Tank sometimes hot even when hot water set to "off" * At some times only hot water available - even in mixer tap, running through toilet etc * Water getting scaldingly hot - way too hot to shower, and then…
