  • Hi I have recently 3 tickets from National Parking Enforcement ltd, the same issue of not parking within a bay.

It was in a carpark with many spaces and I was driving a estate car with a small trailer , so I parked over several spaces so not to block other road users while I went to the Spar . There were no double bays end to end only side by side so could not fit both car and trailer.

First i was was in there 4 mins 18sec , 2nd about the same and the 3rd just under five mins .

I have appealed one and was rejected is it worth appealing the other 2 or should I appeal to the relevant body or just pay.

    Thanks in advance.

Welcome...but...this is the not the forum...

This is an archive 2018 thread. You are a hundred miles away from the current forum, there is no point replying on a 2018 thread, belonging to someone else about their case.

I have appealed one and was rejected is it worth appealing the other 2 or should I appeal to the relevant body or just pay.
Neither, of course.  No-one bothers with the IAS.  No-one pays, but you need to know how to defend a court claim and win.   Please read the NEWBIES thread, see my signature below for how to hop there with 2 clicks (no link given nor needed...the link is already at the top of every page).
