i appreciate that, but i was only told of rejected appeal. I am doing this for a lady friend. When she showed me the letter i thought it was a view as it was NASTY! and to me worth a share. Her comments where " oh to hell with it i should just pay it"

Then as said: host the image elsewhere and then post a link to it here.
More than one hosting site has already been suggested.

Yes, these private parking companies are nasty.

Have you seen this video that show that our Members of Parliament are unanimous in their condemnation of the PPCs' activities?

Sorry, but I really cannot see what is 'nasty' there.

As expected, it is simply a factual letter. Nothing more.

Your friend is now at the ignore all debt collector's letters stage.

If she ever receives a Letter of Claim or official court papers, then please post again on this thread.

Have a look at this BMPA webpage and see if you can work out the likelihood of a court case.

As KeithP has suggested, you and the keeper should complain to your MPs.

These are some of the comments made by the MPs in Parliament concerning the unregulated parking industry (Feb 2018):

    https://hansard.parliament.uk/commons/2018-02-02/debates/CC84AF5E-AC6E-4E14-81B1-066E6A892807/Parking(CodeOfPractice)Bill

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.

These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.

Please don't post about tedious DRP letters:

Seriously not interested. You need to read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread.

And I am helping you by being disinterested. Please no posts about more of those letters.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's a letter from Debt Recovery Plus.

Post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread gives comprehensive guidance on how to deal with debt collector's letters.

You will get more debt collector's letters. There really ins't any point in telling us about them.

As I said two months ago:
