Where is my BT reward card?

Hi Folks, I recently moved to BT from talk talk in a good corporate deal. It included zero activation Superfast Fibre, BT sports for 18 months and a £95 reward card for £29.99 a month.

Once I had completed the order I heard nothing about the BT sports. After several online chats , providing them a screenshot of the deal (lucky i took one as it was no longer available) and a phone call I got BT sports activated and an apology.

Its now been a few weeks and I have heard nothing about my reward card, has anyone had any experience of this? Does it come later in the post? I really don't want to call them again as it was brutal dealing with the Indian call centre. Any help would be great.

Have you contacted the promotor of the corporate deal? Maybe the £95 was from them rather than BT?

Even if it was from BT directly, you may get more luck talking to the promotor, as they may hold some sway with BT especially if they throw a lot of business their way.

I sent the deal screenshot to BT via a chat session. The guy quickly added the reward card to my account. I have now claimed it, but seems the system BT use is a bit hit and miss.
