Thanks for the gin info beanie.:)
I like your chart greentiger. I do a running total alongside my food diary but yours is much prettier.:)
I agree it's such a shame that smoked mackerel is so high in syns but there are many much lower than the Asda one. Some can be 1 syn per 100g. I know it can be expensive but chilled smoked salmon fillets are a good substitute and they can be free, for example, Aldi.
I haven't decided yet whether to have lunch at home or buy something out so menu may vary. This is what's planned:
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese and beetrootSW spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: Parmesan 1
Aldi peppered smoked mackerel is 2 syns per pack.0 -

Congratulations!
My menu today:
B: Mushroom omelette
L: Chicken sandwich (HEXB)'chow mein' - ASDA chilli pork strips with onions, peppers, mushrooms and noodles
Snacks: muller light, plums, clementines
syns: 2 for spray of oil for omelette, 3.5 for pork0 -

Congratulations Bubbs. That's a huge amount to have lost.
It was technically my day off work today - wish someone had told my colleagues. I spent most of it on the phone to one or other of them!
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: ham and cheese omelette (HEA)
Dinner: bean burger, cheese slice wholemeal roll (HEB, 4)
Snack: crispbread with cashew nut butter and strawberry (6)
Sneak peek today and I'm officially 2 stone lighter. I also tried on some of my sister's clothes and a few of the size 10s fit. Still another 3lb to go to get into the normal BMI range mind you!0
