Well done on your losses. I weighed this morning +1.8 and I have been on plan except last nights tea when DS1 cook Thai green curry - it was lovely. On a serious note I think it does reflect fluid retention - which hopefully will be gone next week - if not I am deluding myself! lol x100

I do think that we retain fluid in the heat.

Happy with that, went flying off the wagon a bit on Wed night but had a stomach upset for the last two days...
Serves you right!!:p:rotfl:
I've had a little bit of a catch up but forgotten details already so well done to those of you that have seen a loss. I noticed tie had a good loss and a working bathroom!:T
Where are you off to on holiday MrsR? Great NSV with the bikini.:T You probably have more underwear and PJs than anyone I know! You must be Victoria's Secret's very best customer.:D
Back from my weekend wedding. Most of the food/drink was fine except for Friday when I had loads of pizza.:( I don't even like it very much but family invited us round and didn't want to cook so it was that or nothing!
We called into Morrison's last night on the way home for a couple of lamb steaks so I could make a quick dinner and I've got some LOs for my lunch. Not sure what else to have today as haven't done a meal plan or proper shop yet. I know syns are off the scale for this week so I'll just keep it low and start a new bank on Thursday.0 -

Morning Tweets (and all)
good losses, Moneysaverme, TopGirl and Nicki
It was so warm yesterday that we ended up just having a ham salad for tea as neither of us felt like a cooked meal.
Good news that my footie team (Reading) avoided relegation :-)
plan for today:
B: overnight oats (raspberry and cranberry muller light, HEXB grape nuts, mixed summer fruits)
L: salad (red pepper, cucumber, mushrooms, HEXA cheese)stir fry with chilli chicken skewers
Snacks: easy peelers, melon.
Syns: 3 for stir fry sauce. Possibly an Alpen light (3.5) or kit kat (5.5) this evening0 -
