Got two lovely big cauliflowers in LIDL yesterday for 59p each so will be whizzing up some cauliflower rice for the freezer later.

    Plan for today:
    B: Melon
L: Stuffed mushrooms (HEXA cheese, 1/2 HEXB breadcrumbs, onion)
D: Either: SW Chicken tikka masala and cauli rice
    or courgetti bolognese
or stir fry with chilli chicken skewers
(these are the next three meals on the plan but will decide which we have today later depending on how we feel)

Snacks: easy peelers, 1/2 HEXB Alpen light, muller light (have tried freezing a couple so may see how they come out - may be a syn-free substitute for ice cream in this weather )

    Evening all.

Good to see that I'm not the only neglectful one as far as cars are concerned! I keep looking out of the window wondering who the shiny black car belongs to....although we cleared the shed of doom today so it'll soon be loaded up with an assortment of rubbish for the tip, undoing all my good work.

    Todays menu
B Bran flakes berries and yoghurt with honey
L Crispbreads with cottage cheese, olives and gherkins, pear
D HM Scotch eggs with a big salad. orange and banana - made with Linda McCartney chorizo and red pepper sausages 1/2 a syn each and very tasty. 6 syns so far.
I'm trying to drink more water too as I don't drink enough generally so aiming for 2litres per day.

MrsRglad to hear you sound more cheerful!
SSM well done on the new job.
