A few weeks ago I ordered something from eBay, but after waiting for 2 weeks it never arrived, so I asked the seller for a refund.
The seller sent me the tracking information proving the item was delivered, I checked the royal mail website with the tracking information and it showed a signature that wasn't mine.
I explained that to the seller and never heard anything back from them.
Today I got an email stating that eBay have closed the case and that I won't be getting a refund.
So what now? Is there anything I can do!?

is there anyone in your apartment building that could have signed for it? sometimes a delivery man delivers it nextdoor if your not in. You could contact royal mail about this also, but as for the ebay case you have no chance when the buyer has proof of delivery as it isnt his fault0

Why not ask in the Ebay/Online Auctions forum - its far more appropriate than this one.0

I have had the same problem but with UKmail, they always delivered my goods to a road with a similar name about 2 miles away. Fortunately the chap who received the items could read and delivered them to me. One item was a £400 TV.
I now get things delivered to Morrisons or a local shop.
