No cooling off period
Hello
Has anyone experienced carphone warehouse not allowing you to change your mind about a new contract?
They don't operate a change your mind policy but does this not go against the 14 day period? I bought item in store but can now get a better deal elsewhere
Help/guidance appreciated

There it no cooling off period for anything bought in store (unless the company offers it as a goodwill gesture).
Cool off is for anything bought on line where you can't see it before you buy.0 -

There isn't, and never has been, a statutory right of 14 day change your mind when the contract is signed in store.
Unfortunately, the time to do research is before you sign that legally binding contract...====0 -
You can if its with O2, iDmobile or Virgin, all within 14 days
The only other way to get out of it is if the goods are faulty, if its less than 30 days from then you bought it you could get a full refund.0
