Be aware that you will lose any outstanding Orange/EE credit balance at the time of transfer. Only the original number moves to your new SIM provider, not the credit. If the new SIM is also PAYG you will need to apply some credit onto the new SIM in order to make calls etc.

So run your credit down to a minimum level before you trigger the number port by using the PAC.
