Well thats the thing, I'm not entirely sure. Apparantly it may of typed in the wrong combination of email. I have an alternative email for 'junk' purposes, which is slightly different to my personal one.0

So we are making slow progress... it's your email address that the PPC has, for whatever reason, got wrong.
Does this actually matter?
Is there a point here worth exploring?
I cannot see it myself.0 -
OK, so was that junk email the one shown in the screenshot?A screenshot has been provided with an 'appeal response' to the keeper at an incorrect email address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry about the slow progress, I am concerned about implicating myself.
The point to be explored is; the PPC has responded to an the original appeal, however this was sent to an invalid email, which went unacknowledged. They continued on with the PCN pathway of sending physical letters demand payment.-
How does the keeper respond to the PPC if the appeal was sent to an invalid correspondence email? Thus, appearing to go ignored.
Is this final demand their first final demand or their second 'we mean it this time' final final demand or their 'we really mean it this time' final final final demand??
I believe it is the first of the "Final" demands.0 -
Basically, IMHO, ignore them unless they try court/send a LBCCC with reply forms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So lets clear this up.
- The car did overstay, appeal was submitted within time frame, response was provided but not received.
The email submitted with the appeal is incorrect (Either due to typo by keeper or "they may have altered it?")- The wrong email was confirmed when contacting the PPC directly. A print screen of their correspondence was provided, identifying THEIR 'appeal response' to the incorrect email.
- This went unacknowledged (appeal outcome unknown)
- Resulting in continuation of demand/PCN process. (Received a final £60 PCN demand)
The keeper has now received a debt recovery legal letter from an organisation called 'bw legal' with attached TPS account information, consisting of;- a due PCN balance of £40
- Legal costs
- 16 day time frame to pay all balances
- failure = further letter to seek court proceedings against me toward debt claims within civil procedure rules. + Liability of county court proceedings.
The keeper works at several sites in which parking is enforced by TPS poorly.- Staff designated areas only have sign enforcement - results in no space for actual staff. Over the time of employment no physical enforcement staff has ever been seen. This is across multiple sites.
- Staff are forced to use the only actual enforced area by ANPR.
- Hospital of another health board has a parking ticket system, which is non-transferable. No registration number is required, and tickets are regularly passed between visitors - again no physical enforcement.

Search the forum for BW Legal letter and read all the other ones like yours. If BW Legal start a court claim, that's where these are won by posters here, as BW Legal claims are a mess.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
