Routers dont need drivers, so work with vista regardless.

You just need to make sure the usb adapter does. So yes, the Netgear is fine

    This comes with an adapter

When you get it, make sure you encrypt it with wpa.
Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time?

    cheers for your help folks!

i do have £30 in vouchers to use on amazon and was wondering if the
Netgear WGR614UK Wireless 54G Cable/DSL Router £33.10 is also fine with vista and i will buy the adapter on ebay for this?

    thanks

I'm on Virgin Cable and use Vista, that is the router I use. No problems at all and Netgear routers have a good reputation.
