i am thinking of changing my current modem by virgin to a wireless i would like to use it with out the need for a wire
/lead from my pc. this is the first time i have bought a wireless modem and i would like to know if there is any particular model and make which anyone can recommend?
i am looking to spend as little as possible and would like it to be under £50 if poss.
i am newbie to wireless so any help and advice would be great!!:D

There are supporters and haters of all makes so it really comes down to your own preference and price.
I suppose it would be better to get the package of modem AND wireless device (USB or otherwise) just for the sake of compatibility but to be honest, I use all manner of different makes etc and have no problems.

Netgear WGR614UK Wireless 54G Cable/DSL Router £33.10 is also fine with vista and i will buy the adapter on ebay for this?
