Ignore the debt collector completely, but same advice as here about sending the PPC a SAR*:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5847774/appeal-rejected-highview-parking

The only difference in your OH's case is she needs to state her address, as a way of confirming which one is correct, so the PPC don't later sneak court papers to the old address, under the excuse that they never heard from her at the new one:

    Dear Sirs,

re PCN xxxxx - VRN xxxxxx

FIRST BIT WILL BE A SAR*, FOR ALL HELD INFORMATION, DATA STORED, LETTERS, PHOTOS, EVERYTHING HELD ABOUT HER AND HER CAR.

    THEN ADD:

You are formally advised that my address is now:

    xx xxxx xxxx
    xxxxxxx
    YOUR TOWN
    YOUR NEW POSTCODE

I reasonably expect that your records will be updated immediately, in compliance with the GDPR. DO NOT write to the old address again, from now on.

    Further - take formal note:

Service of any letters and/or any legal documents by email is expressly disallowed. All responses to me from this point forward must be made by the Royal Mail postal service.

Regardless of any MCOL online system, in this case, service of any court claim must only be made by first class post to the latest address provided by me.

    yours faithfully,

  • Hi, thanks for the advice regarding sending a SAR.

I've drafted a letter that I'm intending on sending to PPC, but just wondered if you could give it a quick once over before I do?

Once again, your help is greatly appreciated.

  • Hi, sorry to chase on this, but just wondered if anyone has had a chance to check the draft letter I posted above?

    Looks good to go.

If you post it, get a FREE cert of posting from the PO Counter, and KEEP IT.

Not ''signed for'', obviously (please no asking why not, fed up with people asking that on this anti-scammer forum).
