Hello all. Can I have some recommendations please for car hire in Italy and the excess insurance providers.
There are loads coming up on the MSE comparison links but most of them I have never heard of. I would welcome your reviews on ones you have used before. Also if anyone can tell me companies to avoid based on experience.

Only consider Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, National car, Alamo, Budget, Sixt, Thrifty. Avoid the others.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

http://www.insurance4carhire.com have good monthly policies. Have used them in the past and can recommend on that basis.
https://www.bettersafe.com/Products/Car-Hire-Excess-Insurance-Protection seem good on paper. Haven't tested them.0
