Hi, I live in a council flat have a secure tenancy and am in work.
Can i have permission to have a short term lodger (and advertise on air bnb)? Apparently i just need written permission. What is the best way of going about this? Do i have to accept the reasons if they say no?

I believe you can get a lodger when in a council property, but I bought my council house first. If you get a lodger, you are telling them that you are under occupied, may they want you to down-size?0 -
