    I'm sorry to hear that. Having read through some of your previous posts, if you're still working then he won't be able to claim any means tested benefits. If he still hasn't paid enough NI Contribution as previously stated then he won't be able to claim New Style Contributions based ESA either.

    no he gave up after diagnosis, he could carry on but with it being driving decided not to.

    I meant are you still working and not your husband?



    If all of your circumstances are still exactly the same then there's nothing more he can claim other than the PIP. As his claim for Contribution based ESA was refused because of lack of NI Contributions.
