Today was another NSD - that's 3/5 - doing much better at this than I thought I wouldTotal debts £21050! :eek: now £10941. 76. Total extra income made in Jan22 £109. 27 Feb 22 £45.25 Total extra income made in 2022 £154.52 Aiming for debt free at 45 - 41 months to go!0 -

Sorry if it sounds silly what do you all class as a NSD? I plan to spend £5 a week on a Monday for lunch stuff at work - so would the £5 I spend on the Monday make it a spend day? Or only if I purchase anything extra on that day as I've budgeted for the food?Just trying to make up for past mistakes and work towards the future I want :hello:0

Not silly at all.
Entirely up to you how you do it.
eg I dont count food or petrol unless I go over budget.
I dont could yoga or any health costs.
