    500 yards? 3 foot drifts? Kids these days don't know they were born.

    When I were lad we had to walk t' South Pole and back every day to get t'pit. And if any of our fingers dropped off wi frostbite we had to buy them back off foreman for half a crown else he'd feed them to huskies.
