That was a waste of time. :mad: PayPal found in the seller's favour. I never had an opportunity to put forward my point to paypal, it says in the resolution centre that the bueyr escalated the claim. This is incorrect..
The item was returned to them yet I don't have the item and have lost my money. :mad: Not happy at all.
How is that fair???

Yes, call and get them to check the delivery details rather than the delivery status. If it's obvious that it's not been delivered to your area you can ask them to appeal the decision in your favour.0
