No good grumbling here - give Paypal a ring and point out that 's not correct.

That was a waste of time. PayPal found in the seller's favour. I never had an opportunity to put forward my point to paypal, it says in the resolution centre that the bueyr escalated the claim. This is incorrect..
The item was returned to them yet I don't have the item and have lost my money. Not happy at all.
    How is that fair???

What was the claim for, NR or SNAD?

As above I'd call PayPal but meanwhile to have won the case they must have added tracking to the claim, so what does that say?

    The claim was for INR.
The tracking shows delivered to their local PO not mine!
What is the number for paypal? Thank you.

if you go into your account and through the various 'contact us' screens you will get a number to call.

Yes, call and get them to check the delivery details rather than the delivery status. If it's obvious that it's not been delivered to your area you can ask them to appeal the decision in your favour.

Thank you both for your help, now resolved in my favour. Will pay more attention to dates from now on :)

Excellent result, thanks for updating. It helps other people in a similar situation to understand how it works.

If you pay more attention to dates too, that's a double whammy!
