I love GNER new on-line booking for one thing only, I do not have phone a 0845 or 0870 number just to be able to travel. For the best money thing in the world.

I know this was over a long time ago but did the people who got their tickets manage to book with GNER?
I tried to call to make the reservations several times but the booking number was a dead line and GNER no longer operate, any suggestions?0 -
I didn't receive any free tickets or vouchers, and didn't bother to chase them.
Am quite pleased that the new NXEC has free WIFI though
