  • On track with 5/13 (I work part time)! On Friday brought leftover aubergine curry and Monday brought in a sardine/chickpea/garlic/tomato thing I made on the hob on Sunday afternoon for lunch. Haven't been doing super great sticking to the grocery budget (maybe I set it too low) so it's back of the fridge/cupboard for a week or so.

Made pasta Bolognese last night and still have some pork leftovers so all food for today & tomorrow covered.

So that'll be me up to 11/16 by tomorrow. I've got a course on Monday and Tuesday then I've taken 3 days holiday so that only leaves the 26th til the 30th March for the final 5 days to hit target.

Does anyone have any good slow-cooker recipes? I'm in need of some inspiration!
