NBI A Garnier Express Retouch Root Concealer, it appears to be a new product. My hair normally takes dye very well, so I was excited to try this. Well, it didn't work for me. No idea why, others report that it worked for them.
    Here's my review.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.

    A few INs today:

Holika Holika Mild Sun Cushion SPF45 PA+++ 15g
Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner 180ml
Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum 80ml
Art Mask Sugar Skull Sheet Mask
Tigi Bedhead Ego Boost Split End Mender 237ml

I promise that these are going to be my last INs for the month. A few Asian Beauty treats for me and I picked up the Ego Boost in B&M as I was interested in trying it :)

    I FP have 2 more UUs :-

First Aid Beauty primer. Liked this but prefer a Glory finish. My new Spackle will be opened tomorrow.

Soap and Glory Whipped Clean. I like this but it's not nourishing enough. Maybe try in the Summer.

I've tried my French Connection nail lacquers today. Had a pale pink which has a very runny formula which I plan to give away. Am wearing a red which is gorgeous with a sparkly burgundy in my accent nail. Seems like a nice colour too. Will keep these two.

Since posting this I've decided to get rid of the red French Connection nail colour. It chipped badly on day 1. I'm going to try them all and then bundle up what I don't want on the FB List it ... Gift It page.

No, none at all. I can't stand wearing Nail Polish, I buy some and I end up giving it to someone else as I can't stand wearing it. I was never any good at applying makeup so I just don't wear it. Maybe if someone helped me and showed me how to apply it and make it look nice I would, but I'm happy without.

Finding a good mascara seems to be an art form. I have very short lashes and need a long spindly brush. All the newer ones have weird shaped brushes that I can't use or they actually hurt when applying due to the brush being too bristly. Then getting the formula right is also tricky. Whilst I'd love to lengthen my lashes it's no use because I wear glasses and end up with mascara smears all over them. I'm using It Cosmetics Superhero at the moment. The wand is OK but the formula is too thick. Think I must resign myself to sticking with No7 Dramalash (though the wand was not the best), Clinique Lash Power or YSL Baby Doll. I go away in a couple of weeks and am going to get some Babydoll then I think.
