We note that you intend to engage the services of a professional to quantify loss. The FCA will not cover any costs of the engagement of professional services for this purpose. Please also note that the FCA may make an ex-gratia payment for all or some of the economic loss suffered by Mr and Mrs but will not make an ex-gratia payment for other types of loss including those said to have been incurred by third parties.
BREAKING NEWS... Our legal team have made contact with the FCA in regards to quantifying our losses. Only a matter of days after this contact, the FCA went ahead without permission and held a further investigation into our complaint. They have now wrote to us overturning their original decision to uphold our complaint (a court of kangaroos). The FCA are corrupt to its core. We will now be instructing our legal representatives to raise legal proceedings against both the FCA, and the Complaints Commissioner, Antony Townsend.
