What is your problem with them?  Is the 'loads in interest' calculation incorrect?

The interest is more that what is owed they are claiming repossession

I don't quite follow this.  How much did you borrow?  What is the interest rate?  What term did you take the loan over?  Are you in arrears and/or have you ever missed any payments?

Hi Joanne, Skye Loans Ltd are not regulated with the FCA, they are not permitted under their regulations to administer their loans or collect money on those loans, they have to employ a regulated company to do this on their behalf. 
As you can see from the bottom of Skye Loans letters,  they CLAIM Capita Mortgage Services and then Link Mortgage Services have been doing this work on their behalf because those companies are regulated. Those companies DO NOT have the FCA regulatory permissions either to collect debt and administer on behalf of Skye. Skye, Capita and Link are all in a scam together to collect payment none of them are permitted to do. I now have my legal team onto this lot. If you need any more advise get back to me on here.
