  • Hi Robster... my mother takes Menopace and no HRT.
She says the benefits took a couple of weeks and just as she was going to give up with the Menopace, they started working a treat!!!
Her hot flushes have subsided considerably and she doesn't have restless legs anymore.
It works for her... maybe try them for a month? They might work for you too...
also, Boots do them on 3 for 2 quite often, so moneysaving and points building!
    good luck!

I know all about hot flushes! I have tried various herbal things and they havent worked and now I am just waiting.....and waiting......and waiting for them to finish of their own accord. Anyone any idea just when exactly they finish by? as I am now 54 years old and a good 3 years down the line I would say from the menopause....it must be any second now that they finish, mustnt it?

I really dont understand it...I'm not perfect in my diet..but I am pretty darn healthy in what I eat compared to most British people - so its really puzzling me that they havent stopped yet.

    Hello all

I came off the pill 2 weeks ago because I just felt something wasn't right. I haven't had a period. I have hot flushes and am really hot at night. My memory is so bad that it has me in tears. I will ask my son something and five minutes later ask him the same question. "You've already asked me that mum!" "Oh. Well what did you say?" I ask. It's really upsetting me. And the headaches are horrendous. On top of all that I am only 41 and wasn't expecting any of this til 47ish :o This getting old lark isn't funny :p
