Ok. Let!!!8217;s go through it again. Based on the shipping methods advertised on the site, that from the US would have taken half of the time as it would from China.
When I was told my goods were out of stock and the company could not give me a delivery date, I asked for a refund. They refused. I therefore approached PayPal who opened a case. In response the company sent them a dispatch note with a date on it that they did not honour. When I went back to PayPal they closed my case on the back of the dispatch note the company had sent to them. There was no way of reopening the case once it had been closed as per my conversation with PayPal. So my only option was to open a new one but I could not do so without waiting 28days.
Rather than do that I approached trading standards who gave me a standard e mail to send to the supplier. After that my goods arrived. No I don!!!8217;t have a statement signed in blood that they sent them because of the TS intervention (and I did not say that) because we!!!8217;re not in court. I am simply telling people what happened and I summarised because I thought, you know, that people didn!!!8217;t need 90 page deposition to get the point.
Which is that this company does not deliver when they say they will and their goods are poor. anyone who is interested in knowing that. Fantastic, hopefully I!!!8217;ve provided some useful information. Anyone else who isn!!!8217;t interested in that probably needs to check out threads that are more relevant to their, erm, life.0 -

How long did you wait from sending your email to getting your goods?
Edit: had a look at their site. Having a section on the home page titled 'Jewelry' would have me closing the page.0 -

Oh dear ... someone questions your view of things and so the T word comes out. How very "D word that rhymes with the T word".0 -
