I kept seeing adverts on my facebook for missold back accounts so thought I'd try my luck as I'd been paying for my own since 2010 and never really knew why. I contacted one company firstly and they wanted 30% of whatever I got back I hung up when I heard that no way was i giving them 30% of my money. I then remember Martin talking about this so went onto money saving expert and found the link for resolver on there and started my claim it was so easy to do especially with them giving you the help with options on what to say. Its took 19 days in all but I've recieved a letter stating it was mis sold and I'm owed £1100 back from the bank so really worth doing and really recommend resolver and not some other company who want to make money from your money!
