DFS bed broken soon after warranty
Comments
-
Sent a letter to DFS , drafted via Which? faulty Gods Complaints Tool.
DFS replied as follows:
Regarding your reference to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it clearly states that you are entitled to a refund or replacement if you have had a previous repair or replacement that has failed.
As the bed has never had a repair by DFS nor has it been replaced we will not be able to help you further.0 -
Their response is a bit odd but the fact remains that you need to prove an inherent fault before you can make them do anything.0
