    Sent a letter to DFS , drafted via Which? faulty Gods Complaints Tool.

    DFS replied as follows:

    Regarding your reference to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it clearly states that you are entitled to a refund or replacement if you have had a previous repair or replacement that has failed.

    As the bed has never had a repair by DFS nor has it been replaced we will not be able to help you further.
  • Their response is a bit odd but the fact remains that you need to prove an inherent fault before you can make them do anything.
