Sending virtual hug and positive vibes.
Had a late start this morning and heard from oldest dd that the baby is going to be a girl. I got so excited I ordered a couple of pretty outfits for the baby online. A pink and grey top and trousers, a pale blue and grey set, a body suit and sleep suit that comes with a comforter and a set of baby socks. I feel a bit extravagant but saved nearly 50 per cent and the outfits were selling fast.
I managed to join "Which" and dd and sil are going to have a look at their best rated travel systems tomorrow. I will get the bus to York and meet them and another sister for a coffee and a natter then they might be coming back to me. If they fancy a bite to eat I can oven cook some frozen fish in parcels and cook actifry wedges and green veg fairly quickly.

We are forecast snow on Tuesday and Wednesday too so I am looking out some boots and making sure I have basic foodstuffs in. My middle dd has a birthday on Tuesday but will be away so we are going out for a lunch and shopping trip on Wednesday and I bought her a few little things so she has something to open as well as wanting to treat her if she will let me.
Youngest is delighted she will be moving into the new flat on Monday so I am glad I made the trip to Manchester to hand in the documents personally to the letting agents on Thursday.

Hi all,
any news of HH - I hope she is OK?
I have had a quiet & lazy day:o - just pootled about a bit tidying up & cleaning the glass fronted cabinet ready for collection by cs. The DH on the other hand has been a busy little bee. This a.m he went off on the motorbike & paid the balance on the carpets & arranged a fitting date. Chopped up the old fence panels & took one large bag to the tip. Came back & finished the chopping then loaded up the bike for a last tip trip tomorrow. He also fixed a light up in the attic as the balancing it on a rafter didn’t work (resulted in one broken light bulb & glass everywhere ) He also filled the bird & squirrel feeders, made me endless cups of tea & coffee & carried on tidying his office.
Dinner was cheesey beans on toast with corned beef & ice cream for afters. It is the last night of the Winter Olympics so no excuses not to get my behind in gear!!
Have a goodnight one & all and I hope Mr Sandman finally puts in an appearance for all those who need him:)
