Ryanair not honouring price promise

    RYANAIR DOES NOT HONOUR ANY PRICE PROMISE AT ALL!!

    I have booked a Car Rental from Bari Airport and found it cheaper by using the Car Rental company direct website. Ryanair Price Promise says that if that happen they would make it FREE. But Ryanair does not honour this promise. I sent a claim included all the relevant evidences within 1 hour of my booking with Ryanair. They rejected my claim making excuses to refuse honouring their promise. At the end I decided to cancel my booking but again they penalised me for cancelation fee despite the fact that it is advertised as "Free Cancellation" by Ryanair. Therefore do not believe a word they say in their advertisings. BE AWARE!!!!!
