Ryanair not honouring price promise

I posted a claim for the price promise difference with Ryanair as TUi flying from Bournemouth to Tenerife 24/7/18 to 7/8/18 was £ 80.05 cheaper. Ryanair "Price Promise states – find a cheaper fare and we’ll refund the difference + €5 to your My Ryanair account"-
I requested the money difference using their online form and attached a screenshot of the TUi quote as evidence, but they have refused to honour their advertised promise any help will be great.

Dear Customer,

Unfortunately as per the previous responses you have received, our standpoint remains unaltered that means according to our agreed Terms and Conditions Article 10.1 all monies paid towards Ryanair are non-refundable.
Due to the above we regret to inform you that no refund is due in this instance.

If you look up "Ryanair Unveils 2018 Always Getting Better!!!; Plan including 5 Year Plan To Eliminate Plastics" 31 Jan 2018. I can not post the link.
Price Promise -; find a cheaper fare and we will refund the difference to your My Ryanair account0 -
It doesn't look like the price promise has actually been launched yet, merely announced in the press. I can't find anything about it on their website.0
-
I agree, it doesn't appear to have been launched yet, all there is so far are press releases talking about changes coming this year.

OP did the price promise show as a guarantee on the Ryan air site at all on the date you booked? Or have you anything else apart from Wes stories to suggest the price promise was in force and guaranteed on the date you booked?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Ok, a bit more digging and I found this
https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/useful-info/help-centre/faq-overview/Making-a-reservation/What-is-RYANAIRS-lowest-fare-guarantee
Effective Date: 12th February 2018
It appears to be in force from 12 th February , so when did you actually book?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. this article here also mentions time within 2 hours of the original times
http://www.mtv.co.uk/travel/news/ryanair-announce-major-new-pricematching-plan
as long as the flights go to the same airport on the same day, within a 2 hour window, Ryanair will pay you whatever you paid above that cheaper price.
as the difference in the Ryanair/TUI flights is over 7 hours then, if this is indeed the case, the claim would fail0 -
We booked on the 23rd Feb, and I received an email in the evening advertising the Ryanair always getting better 5 with the Price Promise
`Find a cheaper fare and we'll refund the difference and an additional £5 to your myRyanair Account` There was nothing about terms and conditions and nothing mentioned about a 2hr window.
If they are claiming now a 2hr window then flying out from Bournemouth makes it impossible to make a claim due to only two flights Ryanair and TUi flying out once in the day. Tui at 14.35 and Ryanair 07.00
What a joke it is their claim to be the lowest fare airline0 -
There was nothing about terms and conditions and nothing mentioned about a 2hr window.
That sounds unlikely to be honest, it should be somewhere in the email you received.
If you didn't, then I would be firstly asking Ryanair to point out WHERE Ts and Cs are in the correspondence sent or the website links you visited/documents filled out when submitting the price promise.
If, after all of that, there is nothing then I think you've got a fairly good case to take them to small claims court over it.0 -

If you go to this web address this was what was sent. You would have expected it would have said subject to terms and conditions. Their normal terms and conditions have nothing about any Price promise, only art 10 which says they do not do refunds. All I keep getting back from Ryanair is art.10 terms and conditions, and today I received an email form Ryanair with a web link to their price promise 2017 double the difference which ended in Oct 2017. Looks like they haven't got a clue.
From Ryanair
I refer to your online correspondence dated on 24/02/2018.
Ryanair has a Price Promise offer. Please visit the following link and read the conditions carefully. ryanair.

I got it to work but doesn't seem to relate to this offer but rather one that ran from October 2016 to October 2017.
