    Well wife has spoken to Citizens advice on the phone and is dropping in next week
    Don't bother. Honestly they have NO CLUE.
    It's my daughter but she has worked and lived in China approx 10 days from when the ticket was issued
    Why didn't she just state when defending that she is living in China and is therefore outside the jurisdiction of the English court? Maybe she needs to do that NOW.

    How has she defended this and who did you expect could rock up to a hearing? You can't, you are a third party.

    Hi everyone

    Just to let you all know went to court today with ref to the above claim from BW Legal/Excel parking, All Paperwork done on my daughters behalf fighting the claim for the Grand total of £480 + I just went as a representative for my daughter who as stated was living and working in China,
    Well never been so nervous but it was a win and the case was dismissed and Mr Brass from BW Legal congratulated me and went on his way
    Looks like commonsense prevailed
    Thank you to every one that commented on my post and Keep up the good work!!!55357;!!!56397;!!!55357;!!!56397;!!!55357;!!!56397;

    Wow, another win, nearly missed this one! Another one bites the dust!

    :T

    Tell us which court, which Judge and what happened on the day, if you don't mind. What was the winning point, and did the claimant' legal rep object to you being her rep without her?

    Looking forward to a court report (see Flying Horse's thread for his version).
