I am a SkyVIP Diamond customer (out of contract) and have just upgraded at no cost to SkyQ and have been told it will be installed in about a fortnights time.
At the same time I have amended my existing service to a Sky Entertainment Package incorporating Box Set, Multiscreen and HD for £37.00 per month for 18 months (this I have been advised is a reduction of £5.00 per month). This service has been activated immediately.
I see all sorts of deals achieved by other Forum members and am hoping I can get feedback as to whether this is about right? I understand that I have a 31 day cooling off period in which to cancel if it is not.
Hoping to get feedback.
Thanks

What are you looking for?
You were offered a deal - either accept it or don't0 -
You're not paying the £199 for the rental of a Q box that they keep quoting me which is a big plus.
£37 suggests it's a £10 discount since it's £25 for Entertainment, £12 multiroom and £5 each for Boxsets & HD totalling £47 however I'm increasingly of the mind that the £25 full price for Entertainment is pure smoke and mirrors. I suspect when new customers come to the end of their 18 month contracts they'll be offered a further £5 discount as long as they submit to another 18 months.0 -

And presumably the OP is getting a Q mini installed at the same time as he is already a multiscreen subscriber?
My s-i-l has just been given a second Q mini for £20 as "compensation" for a billing c**kup, on top of his continuation of 50% off deal and Q install for £50:)0
