To be fair, it's not just about the benefits, maintenance is an issue as well. I have a daughter from a previous relationship whom I support and will do for the rest of her life
Is she receiving all state support to which she is entitled?My Wife's children have only ever received mandatory payments from their father which will also cease as soon as they leave education.
