    I'm not sure, the new showroom is a little far away. It's literally been purchased just for the sake of the grandson, I'll be amazed if it turns any significant profit, based on the location.

    For what it's worth, the proposal was made to me this morning and it was rejected. They were absolutely fine with it and are going back to the drawing board. I did not sense any anger or annoyance on their part but I guess we'll see what happens further down the road.
